Mr. Catlin was detained April 24, 2017, after having been arrested for assault. Records furthermore show that Scott is to be released on June, 21 2019.

Catlin, DOB 1987-10-30, was described as a white man of 29 years age. When booked, he weighed 200 lbs and stood 5' 9" tall.
