As stated in official public records received by Northeast Blotter March 25, 2016, police apprehended Matthew Brian Flynn, a white Male whom is believed to live near the Belknap County regional area of New Hampshire.

Mr. Flynn was detained March 24, 2016, after having been incarcerated for a driving-related offense. Northeast Blotter has been unable to determine the particular release date of this individual.
